Frequently Asked Questions

We ship orders Monday - Friday. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address on file on the day that your order is shipped out. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards. The shipping address must match the card holders billing information. If not, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. 

Due to covid and the nature of our items there are no refunds or exchanges.
